We at Ektos Unlimited appreciate your business immensely. If you wish to cancel an event/trip we have provided two options below. Please feel free to contact us any time if you have any questions. Please understand that putting on events/trips requires planning and permitting. These cost us and as such we cannot provide a 100% refund inside of 14 business days prior to any event/training.
Ektos Unlimited reserves the right to cancel indoor/outdoor events due to low participation, inclement weather, instructor illness or major catastrophe. A full refund will be issued should one of the above events occur.
ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 10% ELECTRONIC TRANSFER FEE. YOU MAY REQUEST A 10% DISCOUNT FOR A FUTURE COURSE. CONTACT US FOR MORE INFORMATION.
Option One
You may receive a 90% refund if you cancel prior to 14 business days before the beginning of the event. If you decide to cancel within 14 days of the start date see option two.
Option two
You may apply the amount paid to another event/trip if you are unable to attend.
We DO NOT provide refunds for those that do not call ahead to cancel their attendance.
